Bayside products are proudly made in the USA. Every item is cut and sewn in Bayside's own manufacturing facilities.

We claim that our products are sweatshop free, because we pay our employees a fair wage, according to Federal wage and hourly laws, which are rarely respected. Unlike other companies which have gone offshore, or which uses sub-contractors, we insist on knowing the faces of our employees.
All Bayside brand products are proudly American Made! We have one plant that is Union (Teamsters), which we offer five styles under the UNION BRAND LABEL.
Merchandise that has been printed, embroidered, dyed, washed, or altered in any way is non-returnable. Closeout items and samples are non-returnable.
Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and no returns will be accepted after 14 days from purchase without prior authorization and proof of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee (minimum $15) applies to all returns, refused shipments, or unclaimed packages, in addition to freight charges.
Please inspect all garments, including drop shipments, prior to printing.
Yes, Bayside offers Will Call for orders. Please allow up to one business day from the time your order is placed for processing.
